In early 2008, I had the sheer good fortune of coming into contact with Theresa Bryan.  I found her web site on the Internet when I was in the "market" for some waterfront property in the Southeast.  I had done a lot of research before I "met" Theresa online, and having her input was a total asset to me.  Not only was she informative and very down to earth, she was so much fun to work with also!

Theresa and her wonderful husband Bob eventually found us an incredible lot on Lake Greenwood, SC.  It was a "hidden" treasure, and with their persistence to find me exactly what I was looking for, my husband and I ended buying what we think is one of the prettiest spots on a lake we've ever seen.  Theresa went to great lengths to ensure that we were well informed about the lake....she even did her homework into the wee hours.  Nothing was too much trouble for her.  I felt that her zealousness was not just about selling a lot....but she truly wanted to find the BEST lot for us.....as friends!!  Theresa's negotiation skills are second to none, and I had faith in that she would help me accomplish what I set out to obtain....a fabulous piece of property and a tremendous deal!!  She did not disappoint!!  

As it turns out, Theresa and I have become the best of friends.  I presently live in Southern California with my husband and our 2 dogs, but we are looking forward to building our dream home on Lake Greenwood, and having Theresa and Bob Bryan as "neighbors" one day....!!!  Funny how things work out in life!

So the bottom line?  Theresa and Bob are the best.  They both have high integrity and they really do their research for a potential client.  I wouldn't consider using anybody else as a realtor in the Southeast.  They are extreme professionals and they are both class acts.  Who could ask for anything more?

 We had searched for waterfront property throughout the south from Florida to South Carolina until we met Bob & Theresa Bryan.  We were impressed with their knowledge and experience during our initial telephone contact.  They very aptly assessed our needs and what we were looking for.  When we visited Savannah Lakes, they spent an entire day with us showing properties first by land and then by water.  They were beautifully prepared with packets that included information sheets on each property, maps and brochures about SLV.  We found the property we had been searching for thanks to Bob and Theresa!  Their professionalism and friendly approach was on a level we had not experienced with other realtors.  We were so impressed that we have referred several relatives and friends to them, all of whom have shared our wonderful experience.
